Carlos is involved in the origination of smart city infrastructure opportunities in a range of sectors related to the digitalization of urban areas, he takes part on OECD roundtable on financing water and is the COO in SCIF Sifi Fullerton, a fibre optic network currently being built in California to deliver smart city services to its habitants.
