Dalibor Vavruska is a global thought leader in digital transformation with special focus on telecommunications. He has 25 years sell side research experience in telecoms and related industries, over 10 years as Managing Director. He is particularly interested in broad-based digital prosperity, i.e. finding ways for companies, investors and societies to benefit from advances in connectivity-linked digital technologies.

Until September 2019 Dalibor was Global Head of Digital Connectivity Strategy and CEEMEA Telecom research at Citigroup in London. His strategy work over the past six years focused on predicting industry trends and researching topics such as digital telecom transformation, regulatory and industry models, infrastructure models, investment models for telecoms, net neutrality, relationship between telecoms and tech, models for spectrum management, 5G opportunities, digital businesses & sustainability etc. Dalibor also authored the DIGITECCS (DIGItal TEChnology, Connectivity and Service) transformation concept for telecoms and other industries, calling for deeper communications infrastructure sharing and better exploration of opportunities in technology and services, both in consumer and enterprise.
